Inside, Noor features Kashmiri Khatamband ceilings, wooden flooring, windows with breathtaking views, and a blend of antique and contemporary furnishings that create an idyllic welcome. As you ascend to the first level, you’ll be immediately drawn to the living area with views that are undoubtedly the home’s highlight. Start your morning here with a cup of Kahwa, taking in the soothing views of Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains, and end the night with a glass of wine as the sunset shimmers on the water’s calm surface.

Sip a coffee beside the bedroom windows or in the breathtaking glass house with a library filled with great reads. When the weather is chilly, cosy up in the Hammam Room with its heated floors and garden views.

For meals, the royal living and dining area awaits, where you can relish traditional Kashmiri culinary preparations. If you wish to venture out, sample Srinagar’s glorious selection of restaurants and enjoy scrumptious dinners by the Dal waters, just a fifteen-minute stroll from your doorstep. Spend balmy afternoons exploring the town centre or hike up to the Shankaracharya Temple – it’ll take just over an hour, but the views are well worth it.

Back at the villa, a bathtub in your bedroom awaits, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy a soak in the roll-top bath while gazing at the views. Add red rose petals, a glass of wine, and fresh cranberries to complete this blissful experience.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

– Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.

– We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person, per night

– Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty is applicable if found smoking.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– Loud music will not be allowed post 10pm and not 11pm. Soft music can be played till 11 pm.
– Parking space for up to 3 cars. Since the roads are narrow, large SUVs should be avoided.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with these rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa more pleasurable
Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of the brand.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
