Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• A cleaning fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for each stay. This amount can be paid directly to the on-ground staff or settled during the time of booking.
• This home welcomes married couples, families, and corporate groups; gentlemen and stag groups are not permitted.
• 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
• Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
• Guests who are not checked, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
• Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
• Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.

Food & Beverages Policy

• Guests can order food from their favourite restaurants in this vicinity via Zomato for added convenience.
• An on-ground caretaker is available to prepare only vegetarian breakfasts, with guests covering the cost of groceries at actuals.
• Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items, as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests.
• For those who prefer to cook, the fully functional kitchen with a microwave, oven and refrigerator, and fine dine cutlery allows guests to prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals using their groceries.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
