Ridgeview Manor, a charming 5-bedroom stone villa nestled in the serene hills of Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand. Ridgeview Manor is a charming stone villa tucked away from the hustle and bustle. As you approach, a dusty path adds to the rustic charm, leading you to a grand entrance gate that opens into a peaceful haven. Directly in front of the entrance is the first bedroom, along with a powder room and a storeroom.

Step inside, and to your right, a delightful kitchen. Moving forward, a spacious hall unfolds before you. Creamy and wooden-colored couches invite you to sink in and relax. A unique wall tree adds a touch of nature's elegance, reflecting the villa's connection to its surroundings.

A cozy movie night with an LED TV hanging on the exposed stone walls. At right, a dining table invites you to enjoy laughter-filled meals. The open layout allows you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings, blending the indoors and outdoors seamlessly.

Moving forward, a cozy bedroom where you can relax with great amenities and a private washroom.

As you ascend the stairs, a sense of adventure takes hold. On the left side bedroom number 3 awaits, complete with a private washroom.

Across the hall, bedroom number 4 offers a tranquil retreat, also boasting ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and other essential amenities for utmost comfort.

From the bedrooms, you discover a delightful surprise, a large hall! Sink into the comfortable leather couches and unwind. Feeling competitive? Challenge your friends to a game of pool on the pool table that sits invitingly in the center. And then there's the balcony – step out and let the world melt away as you take in the view, framed by expansive glass windows.

Next to the pool table, bedroom number 5, with its ensuite washroom, provides a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

– Bookings are reserved for families, couples, or mixed groups. Reservations from all-male groups are not accepted.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
– We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
– Please take care of all personal belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
-Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
-Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
-Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
-We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 9 pm.
-Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
-Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
-Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
-As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
-Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
-4 cars can be parked on the property free of additional charges.
-Bonfire charges are INR 1500 per hour.
-Driver and maid accommodation is available at INR 1200, with basic meals.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 3000 is charged for each room. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused at the property during the stay. The amount against such damages will be calculated on actuals and collected before the scheduled guest check-out.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited on the home. Management will report any such activities to local authorities.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval, the guest can only bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
This is a pet-friendly home. Pets will be charged at an additional cost per pet per day + taxes. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done at least 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
