The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 cosy bedrooms - all on the first floor. 
- Amenities such as king-sized beds, Wi-Fi access and ACs are offered in all rooms.
- 2 bedrooms offer an attached bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the first floor of the villa, adorned with comfortable furnishings for up to 8 people. 
- It is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 9 people.
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool that overlooks the serene surroundings. 
- It is 15x12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- Guests can take a brisk walk on the walking path.
- There is a designated kids’ play area as well.
- There is a temple on the premises.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Guests may ask for the caretaker’s assistance, incase they need anything. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals for the same. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Please note that all meals will be delivered to the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool and savour the tranquil surroundings. Guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. They can also take a soothing walk in the mornings and make the most of the walking path. All the avid birdwatchers can admire the Kingfisher and other bird species that are seldom spotted here.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of snakes, insects, bugs, crabs and reptiles around.
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property. 
- Guests do not have access to the storeroom, staff room and a few lockers. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, Vi work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed on the stilt. Smoking indoors is not permitted. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
