Willowdale is a 6-suite villa with neo-colonial architecture, retro interiors, and opulent detailing, featuring a unique stone façade crafted over two years.
The ground floor of Willowdale ~ Classic suite features 4 double-bed classic suites, ideal for couples or families with young children, while the first floor offers Willowdale ~ Duplex suite, each with two double beds, two bathrooms, and private balconies with stunning west-facing views.
Located in Thapalia Mehragaon, Naukuchiatal, the villa offers spectacular valley and lake views, especially during sunsets from its west-facing orientation.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Any such activities will be reported to local authorities by the management.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
– Please take care of all personal belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
– As required by law, all guests must present a government-approved photo ID with an address. Accepted forms of ID include Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
– Inappropriate behavior or violations of the house rules may result in a polite refusal to accept the booking. If guests are already checked in, the management reserves the right to admission or may ask them to leave.
– Bookings are reserved for families, couples, or mixed groups. Reservations from all-male groups are not accepted.
– Bathtub facilities are available in select rooms and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
– This is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per pet per day + taxes. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.
– Driver accommodation is available with extra charges of Rs. 1200 per person, per night + taxes, including basic meals.
– 10 cars can be parked inside the premises.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 3000 is charged for each room. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused at the property during the stay. The amount against such damages will be calculated on actuals and collected before the scheduled guest check-out.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.\
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Bathtub charges:- Duplex Rooms – ₹2,000 per room
Room allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
⁠Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused at the property during the stay. The amount against such damages will be calculated on actuals and collected before the scheduled guest check-out.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to admission or may ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done at least 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
