Welcome aboard our serene countryside escape, The BoatHouse & Submarine!

This unique accommodation is designed to resemble an elegant boat, complete with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, and a rain shower.

It is nestled in the heart of a beautiful farmland near the city offering a peaceful retreat for guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in a tranquil setting.

As soon as you step onto the deck, you'll be transported to a world of leisure and indulgence!

The Space

The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. It features a cozy living area with a dining table that overlooks the garden. The three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light.

There are also many amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace to enjoy the panoramic views of the sky. The kitchen is fully-equipped and is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave to store and reheat your food.

The BoatHouse is not just an accommodation, it's an experience! Imagine lounging by the pool with a cold drink in your hand, or taking a romantic outdoor rain shower under the stars.

With all the amenities and the charm of a private boat, this property is perfect for those looking to escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in a world of serenity and relaxation!

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to The BoatHouse including the entire garden area. They will also have free access to the swimming pool along with the outdoor rain shower. They will also be able to access the private terrace.

Other amenities like breakfast, BBQ table and braziers are also available on extra charge.

Please note that the entire property is private and not shared with any other guests!

Sandwiched between the airport and the city, this property is conveniently located 5 minutes away from either side.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– On-ground caretaker is available to prepare only vegetarian breakfast, with guests covering the cost of groceries at actuals.
– Consumption of Non-Vegetarian food is allowed at this home.
-The fully functional kitchenette is accessible to guest for preparing vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals using their own groceries.
– Large gatherings and parties are not permitted at this home. However, warm, cozy family get-togethers and intimate celebrations are welcome and encouraged, provided they respect the peaceful surroundings.
– Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty is applicable if found smoking.
– Pets are not allowed at this home, as the resident dog calls this place home.
– Due to its secluded location, network connectivity is weak here, but Wi-Fi is available to ensure you stay connected during your stay.
– This home welcomes married couples, families, and corporate groups; gentlemen and stag groups are not permitted.
– Parking space is available for up to 3 cars.

Note: The last few kilometers leading to the property can be a bit challenging to navigate. We recommend arriving during daylight hours and using a vehicle with good ground clearance for a smoother journey.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A cleaning fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for each stay. This amount can be paid directly to the on-ground staff or settled during the time of booking.
This home welcomes married couples, families, and corporate groups; gentlemen and stag groups are not permitted.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
Guests who are not checked, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.

Food & Beverages Policy

Guests can order food from their favourite restaurants in this vicinity via Zomato for added convenience.
An on-ground caretaker is available to prepare only vegetarian breakfasts, with guests covering the cost of groceries at actuals.
Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items, as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests.
For those who prefer to cook, the fully functional kitchen with a microwave, oven and refrigerator, and fine dine cutlery allows guests to prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals using their groceries.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
