With 11 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, the property feels warm, lived-in, and effortlessly comfortable, whether you’re travelling with friends, extended family, or a small group.

Inside, wood-panelled walls, high ceilings, and vintage-style furniture create an air of mountain nostalgia, while the verandas and gardens offer space to pause, sip tea, or watch the mist roll in. Mornings often begin with a hot breakfast served outdoors, followed by a walk to nearby Christ Church or Gilbert Trail. Come evening, settle in for high tea or a cosy barbecue on the lawn. One of the villa’s standout spaces is its wooden deck—set against a backdrop of tall trees and open sky, it’s ideal for birdwatching in the mornings or simply soaking in the stillness of the hills.

Divided into 4 categories—Magnolia, Jasmine, Daisy, and Rose—each room offers its own blend of layout, aesthetic, and use. From wraparound verandas and king-sized beds in Magnolia to the interconnected ease of Jasmine and the quiet simplicity of Rose, every room makes space for different types of travellers.

Expect soft lighting, wooden floors, vintage-style furniture, and ensuite bathrooms. Some rooms open onto private or shared sit-outs; others connect for families travelling together. All are equipped for slow mornings, early nights, or long chats between mountain walks. Whether you’re staying with friends, extended family, or travelling solo, these rooms offer a personalised, comfortable base for your adventures.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking within the villa is prohibited, and guests are advised to smoke outdoors and must ensure the use of ashtrays for fire safety precautions.
– To respect the neighbourhood’s serenity, loud music and noise are not permitted post 10:00 pm in the garden or villa premises.
-Parking space available.
-Early check-ins from 1:00 pm have no extra fee, but checking in between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm incurs an INR 10,000 fee. For check-ins earlier than 10:00 am, a full night’s rate applies.
-Check-out Time: We kindly request that you check out by 12:00 PM, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests while giving you ample morning time to prepare. Late check-outs up to 1:00 pm are free, but from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm there’s an INR 10,000 charge. Checking out after 4:00 pm will require payment of a full night’s rate.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 3 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Non-registered visitors are not allowed to sleep in the villa.
Smoking within the villa is prohibited, and guests are advised to smoke outdoors and must ensure the use of ashtrays for fire safety precautions.
To respect the neighbourhood’s serenity, loud music and noise are not permitted post 10:00 pm in the garden or villa premises.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as room cleaning is done in guests’ absence for sanitisation purposes. Any damages incurred to the property during the stay will be billed to the guest upon departure.
While we do not sell alcohol at the bungalow, guests are permitted to bring their own, allowing for a personalised experience.
To provide you with the best dining experience, we request that you inform us of your meal preferences on the day of your arrival.
Pets are welcome here! We allow pets to stay with their owners at the bungalow, ensuring no family member is left behind.

Food & Beverages Policy
Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast is served between 8:00 am – 10:30 am, offering a fresh start to your day. Lunch can be enjoyed from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, perfect for a midday meal. Dinner is available from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm, concluding your day with a delightful meal. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– Free cancellation – 15 days before arrival.
– Within 8-14 days of arrival – 1-night penalty.
– Within 0-7 days of arrival – 100% penalty.
