This home is a 4-bedroom neo-colonial architecture, retro interiors, and opulent detailing, featuring a unique stone façade crafted over two years , offering breathtaking lake and mountain views with spectacular sunsets from west-facing balconies. Located in Thapaliya, Mehragaon, it’s perfect for families, couples, and groups. Enjoy spacious outdoor areas, lush gardens, and modern amenities, with paragliding and boating nearby. Conveniently located near renowned attractions like Naukuchiatal Lake, Sattal, and Bhimeshwar Temple. The first floor offers a Duplex suite, each with two double beds, two bathrooms, and private balconies with stunning west-facing views.
Located in Thapalia Mehragaon, Naukuchiatal, the home offers spectacular valley and lake views, especially during sunsets from its west-facing orientation. Sprawling over 1.5 acres, it boasts extensive outdoor spaces, lush gardens, and tranquil sit-out areas, making it a haven for families and nature lovers. Easily accessible, it is situated 31 km from Kathgodam Railway Station, and 58 km from Pantnagar Airport.

The Layout of home:
– A casual dining and lounging lobby on the first floor provides a warm and inviting indoor space for relaxation.
– The home offers extensive outdoor areas, including verandah sit-outs, east-facing garden spaces, and balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
– Each suite is equipped with modern amenities like a mini-fridge, hairdryer, and kettle, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:

– Bookings are reserved for families, couples, or mixed groups. Reservations from all-male groups are not accepted.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
– We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
– Please take care of all personal belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
– Bathtub facilities are available in select rooms and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
– 10 cars can be parked inside the premises.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 3000 is charged for each room. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused at the property during the stay. The amount against such damages will be calculated on actuals and collected before the scheduled guest check-out.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited on the home. Management will report any such activities to local authorities.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval, the guest can only bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
This is a pet-friendly home. Pets will be charged at an additional cost per pet per day + taxes. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done at least 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.

A Security Deposit of Rs. 3,000 is charged by Host for your stay which is 100% refundable in case of no damages or rules and policy violations. Guests have to pay the security deposit before check-in to the host and it will be refunded by the host within 7 days of checkout.
