- Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
- 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.

- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests are requested to stay cautious of bugs and insects provided the location of the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support a few ACs, plug points, and appliances.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed on the property. The guest can either book meals with us or go to nearby restaurants.
Food & Beverages Policy
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Jain meals are available upon request.
- A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge. The costs for the aforementioned beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Cooking and consumption of nonvegetarian food is not allowed.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed on the property. The guest can either book meals online or eat out at nearby restaurants.
Cancellation Policy Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date, after deducting a 5% processing fee.
Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
