The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly designed, providing a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the fresh mountain air as you step out onto the private balcony and take in the serene surroundings. This viewing deck is definitely the highlight of this holiday home. Gaze out at the majestic mountains and watch the sunset as the sky turns into hues of orange and pink. The Space:

BEDROOMS
- Exuding serenity in the form of cocoons of tranquillity, there are 4 bedrooms at this property, 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first and 1 a few steps down the ground level. (Please note that Bedroom 1 is a separate unit, 10 steps from the main villa.)
- Each of these bedrooms are equipped with amenities such as air-conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a wardrobe.
- At Bel Air Mansion, every window gives you a view of the lush lawns and the savouring scenery that surrounds you.
- Extra foldable beds can be provided in 2 of the bedrooms, on request.
- The bedroom on the first floor offers direct access to the breathtaking viewing deck that overlooks the paddy field, farmland and mountains that this home is set amidst. It also is equipped with a luxurious hot tub you can relax and lose yourself in.
- Whereas the bedroom on the lower ground floor opens up to the pool and offers a steam and sauna fixture in the bathroom.
- Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, on the ground floor. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- The bedroom on the first floor offers a jacuzzi and the lower ground floor bedroom is equipped with a steam & sauna.

COMMON AREAS
- As soon as you drive into this home, it feels as though you’re entering a blissful resort in the Bahamas. The first thing you will see is the massive villa on your right and a beach-volleyball court on your right. 
- As you go further, you shall notice the farm in the centre where organic vegetables grow in house.
- When you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the modern, tastefully-designed living room decked with comfortable seating space for up to 10 guests, a 65-inch TV, AC, and 6-seater dining table.
- The living room of this home is airy and surrounded by glass windows throughout.
- Just a step away from here is the spacious lawn area and the private swimming pool. 25 x 15 in size with a 4 ft. depth, this is a perfect family pool to splash away and start your day in the most fun way.
- When you venture into the lawn, you will realise the unending things this home has to offer.
- The spacious gazebo with outdoor seating is perfect for a barbecue session and there is another circular sit-out space, apt for an evening by nature.
- There is also a rain dance area and a music-system at the property for a fun evening as you dance and party away on the dance floor!
- There is also a mini-amphitheatre hall that can be used for events, parties or soirees or team-building activities for your corporate off-sites! 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the commercial kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
If you need a little 1-on-1 with nature, waking up at this property is going to be no less than a dream for you. As soon as you open your eyes, you will see in front of you a view that is serene. The tranquil living room overlooks the swimming pool and is just perfect for a bonding session with friends and family. As evening falls, you can head to the lawn and relish a nice barbecue meal. Finally, end the day with stargazing by the deck area after a refreshing dip into the hot tub or the private swimming pool.

  • -One of the bedrooms is a separate unit and has a separate entrance adjacent to the main villa.
  • -Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  • -We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
  • -Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
  • -Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
  • -Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
  • As of now, there is no Wi-Fi available at the property. -Guests are requested to carry their own dongles during their stay.
  • -The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
  • -There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
  • -This is not a pet-friendly property.
  • -Please note that the sauna and the indoor sauna and hot tub will be operated with the assistance of the staff only.
  • -Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
  • -Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  • -Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
  • -All mobile networks work fairly well here.
  • -In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
  • -There are 3 dogs on the property.

Home Rules

  • Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
  • A Security Deposit may be charged for this stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool. Guests will have to bear the cost of the damage, if any. 
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
  • Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
  • Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
  • We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
  • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
  • Should the property be utilized for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
  • Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
  • Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
  • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

  • Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
  • Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed. Non-vegetarian barbecue meals can be prepared outside and not in the kitchen.
  • Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
  • Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100%.
  • Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60%.
  • For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
  • If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

    *Please note: Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by the host. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee, and processing charges.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling can be permitted for free of cost 14 days prior to check-in for the same villa.
  • Rescheduling can be permitted with a 40% charge within 14-7 days before check-in for the same villa.
  • In case guest is looking for rescheduling or a voucher 0-7 days of the stay prior to 2 pm check-in, a 50% voucher will be provided for the same home, provided the host receives a new booking for the same dates and number of days if no booking received amount will be forfeited.
