This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor.
- All rooms offer a variety of amenities, including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms.
- All bedrooms overlook gorgeous views of the mountains.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling windows, allowing ample light. It is complete with comfortable sofas and chairs that can seat up to 12 people.
- It is equipped with a wired music system, AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably seat up to 6 people.
- There is a common space on the first floor, with a couch that can seat up to 5 people and a home theatre system.
- The basement of the villa houses a spacious games room. It is equipped with table tennis and comfortable furnishings.
- Next to it is a small lounge room with a sofa-cum-bed. 
- The living room leads out to the exteriors of the home, which boast the sprawling 6000 sq. ft. lawn, with an outdoor umbrella, benches and swings.
- Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, 20x15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- ⁠All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. They can bask in the morning sun, take a leisurely stroll on the lawn or swing away to their heart’s content. Binge your favourite TV shows and movies while in the TV room. Gather your loved ones and unwind in the games room. Relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, the 40KVA generator can support lights, fans, AC and TV for up to 12 hours. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
