- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be availed by guests at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A driver can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

  • Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
  • A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
  • 100% payment for the accommodation is required to confirm a booking.
  • This is not a pet-friendly property.
  • In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa.

  • Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
  • Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date.
  • Please note that meal prices are exclusive of taxes.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.

     

  • If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a  50% refund in the original mode of payment.
  • No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
