We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Guests do not have access to the owner’s private rooms.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
– Parking space for up to 5 cars.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances except for ACs.
– The villa is not ideal for kids aged below 10 years. The villa is located at a height with some sides open to the valley

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
This is a standalone property.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
Cook can be arranged at an additional cost which needs to be paid directly at the property. The ingredients will be charged as per actuals to be paid at the property.
The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
Breakfast requested after 10:30 AM will be served on chargeable basis.
Jain meals are available upon request.
A barbeque meal can also be arranged at an additional cost.
Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
