While the private residence evokes an aura of heritage with its old-style architecture, it is equipped with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. 7 bedrooms with a view, two spacious living rooms facing the snowcapped hills, a fireplace, a games room with a poker table and a dining room, be assured of elevated conveniences when you take this villa on rent in Mussoorie.
Enjoy a pleasant getaway in Mussoorie - wake up to the cloud cover, fiery sunrise and sunset views and sumptuous local meals by our trained chefs. In the evenings, you can sit around the bonfire pit and seek some warmth along with engaging conversations as the temperatures dip. See if luck’s on your side at the poker table in the games room. This villa has some grand offerings too - a helicopter ride that tours you over the mighty peaks and George Everest Point. We can arrange for movie nights under the stars in the expansive outdoors. – Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty is applicable if found smoking.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– The home has a shared swimming pool.
– Parking space for up to 3 cars. Since the roads are narrow, large SUVs should be avoided.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 12 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
Guests, who are not checked-in, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
