About Home

Peace, serenity and relaxation are what await you as you drive towards a 7-bedroom private villa in Lonavala, featured by Grazia, that is surrounded by the magnificent Sahyadri mountains, located 4 kms from the quaint Karla Village.
Leave your worries and stress outside, as you are welcomed to this beautiful villa with architecture reminiscent of heritage structures of the 1980s, and rooms with traditional antique furniture. The large spacious home has seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spread across two floors.
Some rooms in this pool estate share a balcony and the ground level opens up to a spacious verandah.
Those for whom food is an indulgence, will be left amazed by the variety of local dishes served around the clock by the in-house chef. Savour his special vegetable and meat preparations in the open dining area on the ground level, or have the food grilled for you as you enjoy a hearty barbeque meal on the deck outside.
The large, gorgeous pool is the highlight of this place, where you can have a relaxing soak, take a few laps or play ball with your kids. You could also laze around the gazebo or enjoy a bonfire in the canopy by the lawn to set the perfect mood for the evening. Keep the kids busy and happily entertained with a special play area with hammocks and swings.
Catch up on some last-minute work with free strong WiFi, while you alternate gazing at the endless greens surrounding the villa. You can even catch glimpses of the stately Lohgad and Visapur forts from the huge balconies.
Early risers will love the sights that await them at this enchanting getaway. You can take a long slow morning walk along the walking track, seek out seasonal fruit plants around the property or catch glimpses of a variety of birds endemic to this region. You can also watch cute playful squirrels running around trees throughout the day.
Looking to explore Lonavala during your stay here? The Visapur Fort, Lohagad Fort, Karla Caves and Bhaje Waterfall are all located within 10 kms from the property. Head to the Karla Market just 4 km away for your shopping needs or to get essential supplies.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Two persons can be accommodated in each room. A mattress can be provided for an extra occupant.
– All bedrooms have smart TVs.
– All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. However, the cool weather all year around is the perfect excuse to not install ACs in the living room.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. Charges are INR 1000 per session.
– In case of power outages, there is a provision of inverter and genset as a backup. The charges for genset diesel will be as per actuals.
– There is a caretaker on-site along with additional staff for housekeeping, cleaning and cooking. They will assist you with any necessary requirements. The staff is available till 10:30 pm only.
– Considering the surrounding greenery and nature, guests are requested to not step out at night for safety reasons.
– Up to 10 cars can be parked on site.
– The workers’ quarters are located within the complex. This area is strictly forbidden to guests. Additionally, we discourage guests from entering the terrace area.
– There is a private pool on the property with a shower area and kids’ floats. Adults are required to supervise children near the pool area at all times.
– The living room has a television set with OTT channels.
– For the dog lovers: our guard dog on the property will welcome you to the home eagerly.
– Genset usage is chargeable at Rs 1500/- per hour.
– Due to road construction, the approach road (approx. 500 metres) near the home is rough. Guests are advised to travel in SUVs.
– Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 per room is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.

Cancellation Policy

A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
