Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
• Currently, no Wi-Fi is offered at the property. The mobile network is subject to availability and is not available inside the property.
• Guests can get the best network in the garden area.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, cooking is not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

• This is a Vegetarian only home.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, cooking is not allowed.
• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100%.
• Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60%.
• For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
• If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

  *Please note: Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by the host. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee, and processing charges.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling can be permitted for free of cost 14 days prior to check-in for the same villa.
• Rescheduling can be permitted with a 40% charge within 14-7 days before check-in for the same villa.
• In case guest is looking for rescheduling or a voucher 0-7 days of the stay prior to 2 pm check-in, a 50% voucher will be provided for the same home, provided the host receives a new booking for the same dates and number of days if no booking received amount will be forfeited.

Home Rules

• Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
• Guests, who are not checked-in, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
• Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
• Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
• Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
• Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
• Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
