Some places feel like they were made for moments that stay with you. This 6-bedroom villa inspired from the mega mansions of Marbella, Spain on the outskirts of Jalandhar is one of them.

A place where mornings start with fresh chai on the balcony, crisp air, the garden waking up with the sun. Lazy afternoons belong to some tummy time with delicious meals, long conversations, and that perfect balance of doing nothing and everything at once. Evenings? That’s when the place comes alive. A dive into the pool followed by the bonfire crackling, barbecue sizzling, and a table full of stories waiting to be told.

With space for 16-18 guests, it’s built for togetherness. A wedding celebration, a music video shoot, or just a weekend where the world feels a little farther away. The lawn has seen it all, brides swirling in their lehengas, directors calling "action," music videos shot in golden-hour perfection, and celebrations that refuse to end.

Inside, it’s all about comfort. Thoughtfully designed spaces, instagrammable interiors, cozy and comfortable bedrooms and meals veg, non-veg, whatever your mood craves. Just come hungry.

Whether you’re here to celebrate or escape, this villa doesn’t just give you a stay, It gives you a memory worth coming back to.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Home has an inverter power & genset backup with 7 to 8 hours of backup.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors (11 AM – 7 PM) and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.
– Barbecue kit and Bonfire are available at an additional Cost.
– Secured parking space for up to 10 cars

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 10 PM for your service and assistance.
A Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval only can the guest bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure the cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follow – Breakfast (8AM to 10AM); Lunch (1PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8PM to 10PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmaion. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
