Named for the majestic peacocks that grace the villa’s surroundings at dawn and dusk, this ultra-luxurious villa in New Delhi features a lift, a private swimming pool and an expansive 0.5-acre garden. This lush garden oasis is perfect for morning strolls, yoga sessions, outdoor activities, or simply lounging in the sun.
Three elegant living spaces in the villa are thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The first, located on the ground floor, is spacious and well-lit with high ceilings, stylish decor, and an exquisite chandelier that casts a warm, inviting glow. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged for relaxation and socialising, with sliding glass doors offering pool views and a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor charm.
The second living space features deep blue-striped sofas, a grand chandelier, and tasteful artwork. Large windows frame a picturesque garden view, while a cosy reading nook with a well-stocked bookshelf adds charm.
The dining area is centred around a sleek wooden table for ten, surrounded by upholstered chairs. A striking chandelier with warm light casts a golden glow, enhancing the elegant ambiance. The decor includes a large mirror, elegant sideboards, vases, and potted plants, with expansive sliding glass doors opening to lush greenery and poolside seating.
On the first floor, the third living space is vibrant and inviting, with warm tones and bright accents. The villa has five lavish bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and designed for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom exudes sophistication, offering expansive garden views, an elegant seating area, an indulgent jacuzzi bathtub, and a serene private patio. The other four bedrooms, equally refined, each offer a balcony or patio with tranquil garden views and palatial seating, ensuring a luxurious experience throughout.
The outdoor area features a sparkling pool surrounded by comfortable loungers and stylish seating. – Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
– Chewing Tobacco strictly prohibited with no exceptions.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 10 PM for your service and assistance.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Noise & Disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.
Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. Home will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Amenities & Facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follow – Breakfast (8 AM to 11 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8PM to 10PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
