Spacious enough to host 15 to 20 guests, it’s an elegant yet comfortable retreat, perfect for family celebrations, milestone birthdays, intimate film shoots, or cozy gatherings that deserve a beautiful setting.

Every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The villa’s pristine white façade sets a tone of understated luxury, while the interiors are a blend of contemporary design and inviting comfort. Each bedroom is uniquely styled, featuring distinct beds, personal closets, and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring every guest enjoys a sense of individuality and ease. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals or catered feasts, and the dining and lounge areas encourage unhurried conversations.

Step outside, and the experience continues—an inviting swimming pool with sun-drenched loungers offers the perfect spot to unwind. With ample seating and open spaces designed for togetherness, this home is more than just a getaway; it’s where moments turn into cherished memories.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Secured parking space available for up to 5 cars.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors (11 AM – 10 PM) and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.
– Smoking allowed in outdoors only.
– Floating guests for events and large gatherings are only restricted to outdoors and common spaces. Kindly contact us for events and wedding bookings.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 10 AM to 11 PM for your service and assistance.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Pets are strictly prohibited at this home.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
