Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
• Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
• If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
• Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises. 
• The last 600m leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker and host do not stay on the premises of the same property.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
• This is a standalone property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Food & Beverages Policy

• This is a Veg only home.
• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel 14 days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100%.
• Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60%.
• For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
• If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.

  *Please note: Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by the host. This is primarily applicable to cover platform charges, convenience fee, and processing charges.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling can be permitted for free of cost 14 days prior to check-in for the same villa.
• Rescheduling can be permitted with a 40% charge within 14-7 days before check-in for the same villa.
• In case guest is looking for rescheduling or a voucher 0-7 days of the stay prior to 2 pm check-in, a 50% voucher will be provided for the same home, provided the host receives a new booking for the same dates and number of days if no booking received amount will be forfeited.
