Some places feel like they were made for togetherness—this farmhouse in Jalandhar, surrounded by 3 acres of lush greenery, is one of them. Tucked within a peaceful estate overlooking a lush orchard, it’s a space designed for families and close-knit groups looking for a break from the usual.

With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and a spacious living hall, it’s the kind of home where conversations flow effortlessly. Whether it’s a movie night on the 65-inch TV, a round of board games, or simply sitting back and catching up, there’s room for both energy and ease.

Outside, the setting is just as inviting. Soft green lawns stretch under open skies, perfect for unwinding, while the bonfire and barbecue add warmth to every gathering. The orchard nearby hums with nature’s quiet rhythm, creating an atmosphere that feels both refreshing and familiar.

Conveniently located near the National Highway (Amritsar & Pathankot route), this isn’t just a stay—it’s where simple moments turn into lasting memories.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Home has an inverter power & genset backup with 7 to 8 hours of backup.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors (11 AM – 7 PM) and indoors after dark. Loud music isn’t allowed.
– Barbecue kit and Bonfire are available at an additional Cost.
– Secured parking space for up to 05 cars

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 10 PM for your service and assistance.
Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval only can the guest bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
Pets are strictly prohibited to access swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is allowed at this home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
