- The central courtyard lies behind the intricately crafted wooden partition and will leave you spellbound. It’s a special place to create magical moments.
- The living area, sports room, dining area and all 3 bedrooms are beautifully built around the open-to-sky courtyard.
- Every bedroom offers a balcony with uninterrupted views of the backwaters and it’s best experienced with a steaming cuppa.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Guests are advised to share meal preferences at least 24 hours in advance. A minimum of 2 meal packages are mandatory.
– Bachelor groups and stag bookings are not allowed.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is charged per room each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups and stag bookings are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests are advised to share meal preferences at least 24 hours in advance. A minimum of 2 meal packages are mandatory.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
