– This home welcomes married couples, families, and corporate groups; gentlemen and stag groups are not permitted.
– In case of a power failure, the 30 KVA generator will supply electricity for 8-10 hours.
– To maintain a peaceful vibe, play soft music outdoors and indoors after dark (10 pm). Loud music isn’t allowed.
– Secured parking is available for 2 cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM, and Checkout time is 11 AM.
There are no CCTV cameras at the property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
In consideration of the property’s location, guests are kindly advised to be mindful of the presence of bugs and insects, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The caretaker does reside on the premises of the property.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
This is a standalone property.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done a minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timeframe 100% refund of the booking amount will be issued if the cancellation is made 12 or more days before the check-in date.
If the booking is cancelled 6 to 12 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original mode of payment.
No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 6 days of the check-in date.
