Home Layout:
Nestled deep in the heart of the forest, this home is where nature takes the lead, and tranquility finds a home. This secluded escape features two distinct structures—one T-shaped and the other L-shaped, each designed to offer comfort while blending seamlessly with the wilderness.

T-Shaped structure (Main Structure):
- Features three bedrooms, a living area, and a dining space.
- The ground floor hosts two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, opening up to lush greenery.
- A third bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase outside the villa, ensures privacy and comes with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding forest.

L-Shaped structure (Opposite the Main Structure)
- A cozy lounge area, library, and bar setup invite relaxation.
- A dedicated circular bonfire seating outside creates the perfect setting for starlit gatherings and late-night conversations.

Outdoor Bliss
Step onto one of two spacious decks to soak in the crisp mountain air, practice yoga amidst nature, or simply lose yourself in the sounds of the forest.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The entrance to this home is scenic, though slightly uneven, a 1 km road that winds through the property.
– In line with our commitment to sustainability, we offer the traditional bucket bath experience. It’s a unique way to connect with local customs while contributing to our efforts for a greener future.
– Maid services are available at an additional cost of ₹3500 + GST (without meals).
– Please note, there is no accommodation available for drivers on the property.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 10 AM.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
All guests must carry valid government-issued photo IDs (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport). IDs are mandatory prior to check-in for every guest.
Smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited.
Please do not damage any property. Guests are requested to take care of the villa and its contents.
Outside food is not permitted within the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants, with prior permission.
No additional guests or day visitors are allowed during your stay.
Bachelor groups and stag parties are not permitted.
We do not encourage parties or late-night gatherings. Loud music is prohibited after 10 PM.
Consumption of alcohol is allowed within reasonable limits.
Illegal activities, including the carrying or consumption of drugs/narcotics or firearms/weapons, are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to local authorities.
Guests are responsible for their personal valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these rules may result in a refusal of booking or a request to vacate the property if already checked in.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Homes that have a Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, or rescheduled, and are non-refundable.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
