Home Rules

• Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
• A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
• Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.
• Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
• Access to the kitchen is on prior request only, and as per the discretion of brand.
• The pool can be heated on request and will be chargeable. Guests who would like to use this facility need to inform the staff 24 hours prior.
• Guests who are not checked in or registered as guests are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
• Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
• Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Kindly store your valuables in the safety lockers available in the rooms. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
• All toiletries will be provided on request. 
• Pets are welcome at this property! There is a per-pet cost of Rs. 15,000 plus taxes per night.

Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
• Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
• Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
