Experience Kerala in the heart of Gurgaon, at Kerala House - The Khet. Nestled in Sadhrana Bagh, the home is surrounded by rich natural beauty and carries the warmth of generations. Originally a 300-year-old family home from Kerala, the building was transported, assembled and restored with care. Made entirely using wood, the interiors resemble earthy mountaintop cabins. Spend relaxed afternoons in the homely living room as you enjoy fresh breeze and birdsong. Let nostalgia take over as you watch the home in progress through photographs. The spiral metal staircase and interiors are new, but its Keralite soul is old.
Experience the seasons and culture of North India, immersed in the intuitive hospitality of our dedicated team. From romantic weekend getaways to fun-filled family road trips, it is the perfect place to enjoy the little things. Located near the Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, Kerala House - The Khet is a breezy drive from New Delhi, Noida and nearby cities, making it an ideal city getaway.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– The first floor of cottages features bedrooms, but the stairs leading up to them have a striped pattern that may not be suitable for senior citizens or infants due to potential safety concerns.
– Smoking is not allowed indoors.
– Stag bookings are not permitted at this home.
– The home has a shared swimming pool.
– Parking space for up to 3 cars.

Home Rules

Check-in time is 2 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability with additional charges.
A Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000 is charged for each stay. This amount is 100% refundable in case of no damages or violation of house rules.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
Guests, who are not checked-in are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Guests can opt for meal options at an extra price. Meal payments have to be done minimum 2 days prior to the booking for the concerned staff to take your order and source necessary items as the home is situated in a remote location.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
