Each grand, well-appointed room comes with its own private fireplace, blending old-world elegance with warmth and comfort.

Here, mornings begin with birdsong and fresh farm-to-table meals, afternoons slip into leisure with a billiards game or a swim, and evenings are best spent unwinding in the gazebo, surrounded by the estate’s quiet beauty. Whether it’s a family retreat, a gathering of friends, or a soul-soothing solo escape, every moment feels effortless—thanks to the no-wallet, all-inclusive American Plan.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, please note:
– Smoking is not allowed indoors to maintain a fresh environment.
– Billiards is recommended for experienced players.
– All meals are included in the American Plan (no-wallet policy).
– Horse riding is available for experienced riders.
– Secured parking space for up to 10 cars

Home Rules

Check-in time is 1 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM.
Property staff is available from 8 AM to 10 PM for your service and assistance.
Security Deposit is not applicable for this stay.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. All guests are required to provide government-authorized photo and address identification before check-in.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoors.
If guests are found engaging in any illegal or unauthorized activities, or if any illegal or unauthorized substances or materials are discovered on the premises or in possession of the guest(s) during the stay, the host reserves the right to immediately vacate the property without any compensation or refunds.
Visitors or outsiders are not allowed inside the home premises.
Guests must disclose any pets accompanying them at the time of making the booking. Upon approval only can the guest bring their pets to the property. Extra charges may apply.
Pets are strictly prohibited to access swimming pool and bedrooms. Guest to ensure cleanliness of their pets.

Food & Beverages Policy

Outside food is strictly not allowed at the home.
Meal payments are non-refundable if the meals are not consumed by the guests
Meal timings are as follows – Breakfast (8 AM to 10 AM); Lunch (1 PM to 3 PM); Dinner (8 PM to 10 PM).
Guests are requested to carry their own alcoholic beverages, juices, cold drinks, and refreshments as there are no markets nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Full booking amount can be credited for a future stay at the same home if canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Price difference (if any) must be paid, and discounts cannot be applied.
Refund Policy, if cancellation is requested:
– 20+ days before check-in: 50% refund.
– 10-20 days before check-in: 20% refund.
– Less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
Bookings with “non-cancellable discounts” are final, with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.
Rescheduled Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.
No cancellations or reschedules for stays during long weekends, festivals, or gazetted public holidays.
Rescheduling is subject to approval with a 10% rescheduling fee plus any price difference for new dates.
